Historical Tournaments

The first tourney of the winter was a huge success. Not a big turn out though, but everyone had fun. Each player came out with more money in prizes than they put into the tourney, minus some paint money. There were beginner and experenced divisions, with 4 teams in each division. Each team played roughly 6 games. There was also a Top Gun Event included in entry fee. Players from Team Fubar were included in this tourney as refs. There weren't any arguments with the players or calls from refs (except for a minor protest on a call) .

The bunker of the day went to Chris , when he jumped over a 4ft tall bunker and shot a player, allowing his team to blow tape and win the game.

Ryan got the sportmanship award for...well being sporty like. I believe he got a case of paint.

Congrats to Team Lubading for their team sportsmanship. In the beginner division 1129 received the team sportsmanship, thanks guys you keep it fun. Each team recived 3 cases of paint

Jay on Team Regulators got a case of paint for his overall sportsmanship .

Braxton form Pump Brothers won the Top Gun, beating all the old timer pump players to take home a lifetime pass to sector 7G. He must be doing something right, he beat Dave of all people. All air and paint was provided for Top Gun , Phantom's were also provided if needed.

There was almost 20 cases of paint given out, phantoms, model 98's, T shirts, 47 ci tamks, 68 ci tanks, jerseys, gloves, harness, pants, hoppers, ize masks, lanyerds, stickers, squeegies, CO2 tanks, etc...

Everyone was very happy with all the prizes. Not to mention each team got there own pizza, topping of their choice from Pizza Hut.

The sup Air did not arrive in time, it came a day later go figure. So everyone was asked back to play of a discount price next week with the sup air.

All in all the tourney was great, the reffing was great, players were friendly and competitive, always shaking hands after every game. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Congrats to Team Chaos Theory for taking 1st place in the Experienced Divisions. Alaska Assassins playing in thier first tourney grabbing first place. Braxton for waxing the comp in Top Gun.
